Jun Chun, Tashryn, Razzieya and Namira had left for Japan last night.
Fakhrin, Xiaojun and me went to sent them off. We planned to have dinner all together, but in the end. razzieya msged me to say to eat with their parents. we didnt see her until it was gathering time at 10plus. we saw junchun first, with his family. he actually said bye to his family, planning to eat dinner with us. but we asked him to eat with his family because it's the last night they spent together before he leave for Japan. ya, so we pin our hopes on Tashryn. Plan to eat with her. She say she lives very near to changi airport, so no need to leave house so soon. YA! she was late. she came when they are gathered by the teachers/leaders. she still want to go somewhere else, but can't. Hmm ya, so in the end, we didn't eat. we3 just spent our time buying choco and cards for them. The funniest part is we didn't write anything on the cards because no time so Fakhrin say when they're back, we then write. haha! ya, they have reached Japan now. Enjoy and have fun!

To Junchun, Tashryn, Fajrina, Razzieya, Iffah:
The days I spent with you all in 2007 were short. I hardly see you all and you all hardly know me. Maybe you don't even know i exist right? haha. So, we get to know each other better in 2008. or maybe the last 1 or 2 months of 2007. you all had band camp in December. I was there, getting to know you guys better. Then the preparation of SYF outdoor 2008, Razzieya and Iffah went to CG. You two are still not forgotten by us. Junchun, Tashryn, Fajrina.. how i see them from knowing nothing about marching and music from becoming one saxophonist.. To the five sec2s now, you all are one bunch of great and fun-loving people. Without you all, Saxes is not what we are now.. you all are here to maintain the standard of saxes or making it better..
The future of saxes lies in your hands. So, please stay throughout your secondary school life okay..?

To Xiaojun, Alicia, Eileen:

Hey SAXOTOPIAS.. well.. its been like eons since I last posted anything up.. Sorry, theres many things that hinders my opportunity to put up a post , therefore , I could only comment.. Due to the availability of advantages , I m able to put up a post right now , which I think is the best time for me to spill out everything that I feel.. hahaha.. Well, theres too many things that I want to say , so , I might not be able to say out everything here cause I don’t exactly know where I should start from.. hahaha.. (:

First and foremost , I would like to thank the seniors.. Eileen , XiaoJun and Alicia for the contributions they had made to saxes in order for saxes to continue to rank top in the band’s hierachy.. really , I m proud of you guys.. No words could express how greatful me and wanxuan are , to have u guys as part of this family.. and to have to guys to lead saxes to even greater heights.. Not forgetting my dear Junchun , Tash, Faj , Razz and Iffah for working extra hard to maintain saxes standard.. its cause of u guys also that we are here right now , as ONE big happy family.. Now , with the inclusions of our deary cutie pie sec 1s (lol.. hahaha..), we have become a more bonded section ( or I should say family?)that are indispensable..

Saxes had come a long way , from being just gullible peasants to being somewhat of pivotal to the band.. Whenever me and wanxuan come back , we still could sense the warmth of welcomed from you guys.. Though u guys tried to cover it with some excuses or sarcasm , we knew that deep down inside , u still respect us for who we are.. we really appreciate that warmth of tender that you guys showered us.. really.. u guys touched the chords in our heart that could brought us to tears.. No words could exactly described how we feel..

When your hope is not enough to carry you along , we will strive to keep your spirits up, no matter whoever you are or where you come from.. all of us came from different walks of life.. and we come together to achieve that one common goal that everyone is working towards.. We arent a section with cynical attitude , but a section full of enthusiast and concern.. This can be substanciated by the riveting depiction of our bond by strong ties.. and we would also be there to alleviates the throes of pain from u guys.. We will try our very best to remedy the situation and not exacerbate on it and give comments that are derisory..

When me and Wanxuan were the leaders back then , we aimed To have a happy , bonded section that is capable of doing everything.. Now that we have achieved what we aimed for , we have to treasure it now.. Its just a matter of time when we have to be separated, to lead our own separate lives and to build our own families.. No one ever wants separation to happen , but in reality , that’s the fact of life.. its part and parcel of life that we all have to go through one day.. Therefore, treasure everyone around you.. you might not know how long more will they be there for you.. What if one of us (saxes, as in the people, not instrument ! hahahah..) are gone tomorrow..? would u guys regret not treasuring the precious memories and time that god had given us the opportunity for..? Will u guys cry because theres no way u could make up for ur regrets, or would you smile , knowing u guys had had a great time spending together and memories that lasts forever.. Remember , treasure ur loved ones while they are alive , and not regret once they are gone.. carry this proverb for the rest of your ourney in life.. Soon , u’d come to realise how this proverb would be very meaningful, till then , no regrets..

I believed saxes will scale to greater heights with the guidance of seniors which has graduated , or which will be graduating soon.. Remember , our lives as a saxophonist are forever , treasure it..

dear xiaojun ,

the 1990's band is much more better than wad it is now in bowen marching band . the posture, spacing and dressing are up to the stadnard . their jerkness is so nice. when i looked i was shocked. it is so nice . their 90 degree marktime is oso standard . it is so beautiful . their marching is the best of all . their music oso . their gimmick . most of it is together .

the cedar girls sch band is so nice . girls carry bass drum . at first i dunt believe it . but it is too awesome . they even won the best display band award. their basic thing is there.it is too mazing for me to believe it . their ppl is oso many ; but wad the instructor say " quantity doesnt matter , the quality does" . something like tt . their dancers is also good n exciting.

frm wad i observe so far i think bowen marching band can win the gold w honours award . abd make it into 9th award . i really hope bowen band can win this precious award AGN . like wad mr khoo say can can beat other bands / i really think we can do it. all we need to do is correct the minors things. BOWEN MARCHING BAND CAN do it ! come on n saxophonist...BMB ROX !

exactly 4 more days to this sat , of cos im scared.SYF band competition 2008 is my first SYF & i cant wait.excited but at the same time dreading thought. tt day when i heard pingyi band band playing i was afraid.i cant imagine the actual day since last yr abt 8 months (or so) ago , we have been preparing for the SYF . honestly , i dint think it was much of a big deal until now.our band has an honourable reputation of winning GOLD W honours for consecutive yrs and we all hope to keep tt. its glory tt we want.

frm wad i saw in the videos, its very obious tt bowen was very very good in the past . the way dey jerked n marched and everything else was impressive.i was like woahh ... the whole way .NOW of course things are diff . dey say the band standard drop alot frm last time. for all we know it could go up agn .

as for myself, i think i have to work on my posture more. tts the most important thing right ? i can safely sae i am able to march n play n i am 100% sure of my steps.which flag to chk frm n how to chk dressing all tt . im very sure.

& i duno why but im still jealous of how tk had their instruments . pushing the strap to the lowest n pushing up the bottom of the instrument is damn nice. i want to train strapless. i noe its going to be heavy but i hope i can endure. but i am willing to do the same as tk . its so much more nicer and of cos we want to look good . tenor is heave but if i really want to do it , i'll do it.national stadium practice = strapless, as in strap push down all the way. SEE AH !

i really really hope tt our band wil het GWH n best display band .we sort of deserve it . i think ah. . but AT LEAST GWH ah haha. i noe we can do it . like they say we stand a high chance. okay dont want to be so enthu . here so i shall stop here.

well what i wanna say is sec1s , sum motivation for everyone . as u know our expectation for you all is quite high ,forgive us cos we want the best for u all ...dun ever grumble why we sumtyms punish u all ...if u did sumthing that u shldnt have done ,yes we must punish u ..if not when will u all change.if afta several punishment it still w0nt work ...well then there's nth for us the seniors to say already ..

i know band is tough lah .during marching u tired..tink of us lah.who in us not tired .dun tink of the tiredness , continue to henta ,cannot bcos of u then u pull down the other saxes wad ..correct not ..i force u all to learn score is out of no choice..it's for ur own good.u imagine nxt yr new sec1 cum in...wad if dey got music bg ...then if u dun buck up now ,later is dey teach u how to play ..wont u feel embarrassed ?then if really like tt i will give the better instrument to dem rather than u all .if u wan tis to happen then by all means ..

just rmb tis ... wadeva the seniors do , me alicia n eileen ..is all for saxes and the sec1s ...so assure me that u all really put in effort and do ur best in everyting.at the same time balance ur sch work ...if u put in ur effort we can c one.if u continue slacking we oso noe.
